Pest Control Technician

Mission Pest Solutions is currently seeking a Full-Time Pest Control Technician to join our growing team.

We provide proper training for technicians to the highest industry standards, newer model vehicles with state-of-the-art equipment, and easy-to-use software. If you enjoy the independence of being in a company vehicle for most of the day and the satisfaction of solving customers' problems using professional training, techniques, and products, this could be a great fit for you.

Minimum Requirements:

Valid driver's license
Compliance with drug-free workplace requirements
Prior experience preferred but not required
Personable and comfortable interacting with customers
Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background checks
Clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week

Operations Manager

Mission Pest Solutions is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our growing pest control company.

This position is responsible for managing technician scheduling and routing, fleet operations, customer service support, recruiting, and overall field productivity. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, solves problems quickly, and ensures our team delivers exceptional service every day.

Previous pest control management experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize daily technician routes and schedules
Serve as the primary point of contact for field technicians
Resolve scheduling, arrival time, access, service, and treatment-related issues
Prepare and finalize upcoming technician routes
Maximize route efficiency, technician productivity, and revenue opportunities
Help oversee company vehicle operations and preventative maintenance
Monitor GPS reporting, geofencing alerts, and driver safety notifications
Manage termite-related paperwork and operational documentation
Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and manage field technicians
Monitor employee performance and productivity
Provide field support and perform pest control appointments when necessary
Assist with supply and equipment needs

Qualifications:

Previous management or operations experience preferred
Pest control industry experience strongly preferred
Strong scheduling, routing, and logistics management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable using scheduling software, GPS fleet management systems, and business technology
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work in both office and field environments as needed
